A few days ago, the Hunan Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Technical Committee was established in the Changsha Propaganda Department. The intelligent manufacturing industry covers a wide range, has many professional crossovers, and has a long industrial chain. It has a large number of standard requirements in terms of foundation, research and development, technology, and products. Taking “industrial robots” as an example, as a key field in intelligent manufacturing, there are many gaps in its standards. At the same time, the intelligent manufacturing industry still has problems such as lack of standards, lag, and overlapping. It is urgent to establish a standard technical committee to promote the government to increase support and promote the formulation and revision of relevant industry standards and group standards. “Intelligent manufacturing, standard first” has become a consensus in the industry.
In order to accelerate the standardization of intelligent manufacturing in the province, the Hunan Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Technical Committee was established. In the future, the committee will organize research in the fields of management, technology and services, propose and revise local standards in Hunan Province, and improve the level and applicability of relevant standards in the province.
Gao Jinrui, secretary-general of the committee and general manager of Changsha Changtai Robot, said that the next priority is to establish and improve the working mechanism of the Hunan Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Standards Committee and the Secretariat, and openly solicit and compile Hunan intelligent manufacturing standards revision plans. According to the principle of “establish first, urgent use first”, strengthen the research on intelligent manufacturing standard system, start a batch of intelligent manufacturing basic general standards and key technical standards development work as soon as possible, and clarify the development direction of intelligent manufacturing standards in Hunan Province.
At the same time, organize the development and construction of the “Hunan Province Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Public Service Platform”, implement a series of trainings on the standardization of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the region, formulate industry standardization activity plans, and invite industry and standardization authorities and authoritative scientific research institutions to gather in Hunan to jointly promote industrial development.
